Kunes Country Auto Group is Hiring a RV Sales Representative ( Location 32) Near Neenah, WI

Summary

Kunes RV of Madison is GROWING! Looking for outgoing and energetic individuals to join our Sales Team. Your passion to generate sales for new and used RVs will be rewarded through uncapped earning potential, with a base salary plus commission pay plan.

Essential Duties

  • Sells and delivers a minimum number of RV's and Motorhomes per month.
  • Utilizes VinSolutions and other follow-up systems for your customers.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn to the ever-growing RV industry.
  • Keeps up to date on new advancements and floorplans in the industry.
  • Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages prospecting, repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains a prospect development system.
  • Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Completing a needs assessment with customers to accurately qualify and identify the customer needs.
  • Customer outcome focused
  • Properly presents a financial proposal to customers and utilizes strong negotiation skills to maximize profit and sell RV’s.
  • Turns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.).
  • Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail RV & Motorhome sales.
  • Walks all sold RV's and Motorhomes for customer delivery prior to customer arrival to confirm and quality check unit before the customer comes to take delivery.
  • Attends sales meetings.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Organized with an attention to detail
  • Extensive verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Experience using VinSolutions or CRM similar.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
